Sample Request
We want you to make the best decision possible and ordering a sample will ease the process. All stationery samples are $20 each (including shipping) and are shipped via UPS every Thursday. We will do our best to provide you with your specific design request. However, since our designs are custom this is not always possible. Samples outside the Continental US will incur additional shipping charges. Simply e-mail your sample request and someone will contact within 24-48 hrs for payment information.
Ordering and Design Process
Once you’ve decided on your design you can contact us at 866-552-6983; International callers please dial 246-424-9165 or simple e-mail us at yourconcept@conceptsiicompletion,com. We will conduct a consultation to gather the specifics of your order and provide you with an estimate for your order. To begin your design we will require a 50% deposit. All payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. All content must be submitted via e-mail only. Formatting will take 1-3 business days and a proof will be sent via e-mail PDF format. We recommend that you have friends and family review the proof for any errors that may have missed. You are allowed two rounds of changes, additional changes will cost $10 per round. Full payment is required upon receiving your written print approval. Concepts II Completion is not responsible for errors once your print approval has been given. Production takes approximately 3-4 weeks. We advise you to place your order 12 weeks prior to your mailing date. Rush order service is available and will take one week off your production time. Additional charges will be applied based on the complexity of your order. Once your order is complete and ready for shipping, it will be calculated based on the weight and destination. Shipping fees are charged at the time of shipping.
Cancellation & Postponement
If you should decide to terminate the agreement prior to production, Concepts II Completion will retain $250. If you cancel the agreement during production Concepts II Completion will retain the full amount paid. Postponements beyond the control of Concepts II Completion and the client such as Acts of Nature will result in rescheduling of the design and production deadline. (additional charges for completed work may apply).
